Agent Satisfaction Survey
Each year, CheckFreePay conducts a survey of its agents to determine overall satisfaction levels of the CheckFreePay business. Working through MRSI, a third party research firm, a combination of independent and chain agents were contacted via telephone for their comments during October and November 2007.
Overall Results:
- Year over year, CheckFreePay has seen an increase in its overall client satisfaction score.
- Over 90% of both chain and independent agents said they probably or definitely would recommend CheckFreePay.
- Agents are extremely satisfied with the support they received from the Help Desk and Field Team – from resolving both the agent and customer issues timely and accurately, to effectively communicating the resolution.
